Ice fit for a queen

Before the invention of freezers, blocks of ice were cut out of frozen lakes and stored in cool cellars for the summer. Such ice blocks made their appearance on the stage of a snowy musical in Hamburg. It was our task to make some samples that would look frosty but not immediately melt in the spotlight. We also made the matching hand-painted ice cart.
